An island only 7 miles off Cape Cod, it is a seasonal destination for summer visitors; many take day trips from Woods Hole on a 45-minute ferry ride.

Hiking, Biking & Nature Walks
There is so much of Cape Cod to discover close to the resort. While in town, the Shining Sea Bike Path, The Knob, and Heritage Gardens are a few must-dos.
Local Golf Courses
Some hit the beach to play and relax. But if hitting the links is more your style, Cape Cod has some of the most beautiful golf courses waiting for you. Many were designed by well-known course architects (in close collaboration with Mother Nature). Cape Cod courses support championship to casual play. Some of our favorite 18-hole courses are The Cape Club, Cape Cod Country Club, Falmouth Country Club, Paul Harney Country Club, and Quashnet Valley Country Club.
